Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau

Hardangervidda is Northern Europe's largest mountain plateau and Norway's largest national park.This vast mountain plateau offers excellent hiking opportunities for both seasoned hikers and recreational hikers.  The national park has a wide network of trails for summer hikes and winter skiing.  

Hardangervidda is a mountain plateau in central southern Norway, covering parts of the counties of Buskerud, Hordaland and Telemark. Eidfjord, Ullensvang and Odda are the main gateways to this unique mountain area. A network of marked paths connect the mountain lodges, some with self-service, others staffed.
