Assortment items

TOYCHAMP offers various items on the webshop provided by our suppliers in the assortment. That is, different versions of one product are delivered without knowing which specific versions are.
These items are always listed "This item is available in different versions. If you have a preference, please tell us when you place your order. We will try to meet your requirements. However, we can not guarantee any kind of warranty you receive."
At checkout, you will be given the opportunity to comment. Here you can make your preferences clear. Separate mails are at the headquarters and are therefore not a valid preferential notification, as your package can be shipped faster than we can process your mail.
TOYCHAMP will attempt to process your order, but without any warranty. Receiving another version / execution of ordered item may in that case be no reason to label the delivery as incorrect.
