Bar Association - Vratsa includes the municipal districts of the towns of Vratsa, Byala Slatina, Kozloduy, Mezdra and Oryahovo. As of present moment there are 151 attorneys admitted. The current members of the Bar Council, the Supervisory Council and the Disciplinary Court were elected in 2002.
